First and foremost you have to give yourself some time to heal. Maybe you currently have a broken heart or have had many in the past, but it is time to allow yourself to rest and recover.

Spend time relaxing and doing activities that are soothing like reading a book with a hot cup of tea or coffee. Take hot soothing baths with aromatherapy candles lit. Go to the spa. Whatever relaxes you the most, you have to make this a priority now.

This is how you begin to alchemize a broken heart into a healed one. Let go of any memories from the past that are hurting you. If you have trauma from your childhood, acknowledge it so you could heal it.

Slowly but surely, you will be rebuilding your heart. Be patient with yourself and remember that these things take time. The deeper the pain, the more time you might need and that is ok. Be gentle with yourself.
