Thank you for supporting Theoria Tarot. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing a tarot reading, digital product, or other service through our website.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Due to the personalized and/or digital nature of the products and services offered by Theoria Tarot, purchases are generally non-refundable once an order has been placed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Tarot Readings
Tarot readings are personalized services created specifically for the purchaser.
Because a reading is prepared specifically for you, payments for tarot readings are non-refundable once the order has been placed or work on the reading has begun.
Changing your mind, dissatisfaction with the interpretation, or receiving an answer that you did not expect does not qualify for a refund.
Tarot readings are interpretations and guidance, not guaranteed predictions or outcomes. A reading that does not match your expectations is therefore not grounds for a refund.
3. Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, digital-product purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Digital products may not be returned in the same manner as physical products, and downloaded files cannot be physically returned.
4. Incorrect or Defective Digital Products
If you experience a technical problem with a digital product, such as receiving an incorrect file or being unable to access a product because of a technical issue on our end, please contact us.
We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement file or otherwise correct the issue.
This does not create a general right to a refund.
5. Orders We Cannot Fulfill
If Theoria Tarot is unable to provide a purchased product or service for reasons within our control, we may provide a replacement, reschedule the service, or issue a refund, as appropriate.
If an order is canceled by Theoria Tarot before the service or product has been provided, the purchaser will be notified and an appropriate remedy will be provided.
6. Order Cancellations
Because tarot readings may require individualized preparation, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once work on a personalized reading has begun, the order cannot be canceled for a refund.
Submitting an order constitutes a request to begin providing the purchased service.
7. Dissatisfaction With a Reading
Tarot readings are subjective interpretations and are not guaranteed to provide a particular answer, prediction, or outcome.
Refunds will not be provided because:
- You disagree with the interpretation
- The reading did not provide the answer you hoped to receive
- The reading did not predict an event you expected
- The reading did not resonate with you
- Circumstances changed after the reading
- A predicted possibility did not occur
- You changed your mind after purchasing
8. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product or service more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a purchase, please contact Theoria Tarot before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be investigated and handled through the applicable payment provider.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, replacement, or other remedy, those legal rights will apply.
